The fruit for this sauvignon blanc was hand-picked, then whole bunch pressed with 6 months lees contact and partial barrel ferment.

Notes of guava, passionfruit and citrus abound on the nose, whilst tropical notes return to the fore on a textural palate that finishes dry and crisp.
