Designed as a medium-bodied wine possessing true cool-climate characters, for enjoyment with red or white meat.

Drink now, or cellar for up to 10 years.

Tasting Notes

Red cherry and white pepper nose is coupled medium bodied savory palate and a solid tannic backbone.

Handpicked in early April and then given a 6 week extended maceration, racked in older French hogshead and bottled in mid-September 2008.
